JWW Capital is an investment and advisory firm founded by Australian entrepreneur Jordan Walsh. We partner with ambitious businesses in the services and technology sectors, combining capital, strategic guidance and practical operational experience to support growth and build lasting value.

Jordan began his career as an M&A lawyer before founding AGC Facility Services (Australian Green Clean) in 2011. He grew the business to more than 400 employees and built it into Australia’s largest sustainable cleaning company before a successful exit in 2017.

Since then, Jordan has founded, invested in and grown businesses across events, technology and business services. His experience spans launching ventures, acquiring and integrating companies, developing leadership teams and guiding businesses through growth and change.

JWW Capital brings that experience to its partnerships with founders and CEOs. We work closely with leadership teams to set clear priorities, strengthen operations and pursue opportunities for expansion. Our approach combines the perspective of an investor with an understanding of what it takes to build and run a business.
